Un utopic idea
In 2005 the amount of the capital worldwide was about 150 Trillion (=150,000,000,000) Dollar (by Solte: Weltfinanzsystem am Limit, 2007). Assuming an average return of 5%, this would be 7.5 Trill. Doll. p.a.. With a taxrate of 20%, all of the states together will earn 1.5 Trill. Doll.. Let us assume that 10% of this tax will be spend for people worldwide who have not enough money to live. This would be an amount of 0.15 Trill. Doll. = 150 Bill. Doll.. Assuming furthermore that 50% of worldwide 6 Billion of people have not enough money to survive, we get the value of 50 Doll. per person and year. In the least developed countries, people earn less than 350 Doll. p.a.. If these 10% of the tax income would be spend for these people, a person with 350 Doll. income p.a. would have about 14% more money p.a. to live, or if the income is only 200 Doll., this would be a sum of 25%. This idea seems to be utopic, since there must be as preposition the agreement about the distribution of tax income worldwide. An other possibility would be to give a community of about 100,000 inhabitants in the least developed countries 5 Million Doll. to develop its infrastructure. Which method would be realisible?
